Handmade large Italian silver plated vase, Giuliano Malimpensa for Mesa. This vase is named "Homage to Nanni Valentini" and was made in 1985. Beautiful heavy quality. Stylish sleek design. Only a few were made because the vase was very difficult to make because it is handmade. This is why they took it out of production after a short period of time. So you will not come across this vase very often. This vase was once sold at an American auction for $6,000. Is in a beautiful condition with only minimal signs of wear appropriate to its age. The silver plating is still beautiful. See the photos for this.
