The inside of the jars has a copper inner receptacle and the inside of the lid is also lined with copper as well as the bottom.
It is not entirely clear what material it is made of, I suspect it is milk glass or some kind of bakelite, but I dare not say for sure.
The jars are in a beautiful old state. The dark orange jar is beautifully flamed with dark and light orange. The dark orange jar has a tear on the lid and one of the 3 ornaments is minime pieces at the corners, but this is not particularly important.
